Starting with Exclusive teardowns, the armatures are hand wound with precision using optimized wire gauges to create incredible horsepower. Each armature is epoxy dipped for durability using aerospace grade epoxy resin and drill balanced to a zero tolerance to provide the smoothest power delivery possible. The armatures are then installed into a CNC machined can that is machined from solid billet 1018 steel, down to 1.1mm thick. This helps to create an optimal air gap on each side of the armature for a stronger and more precise magnetic field.
The rigorous assembly process includes hand shimming, precise brush hood alignment, low impact break-in, and dyno testing to create one of the most powerful motors you can strap into your truck.
